🧾 You have your order number or proof of purchase
🔁 Cases where exchange or return is accepted
✅ You received a different size than ordered
✅ The product has a manufacturing defect or obvious flaw
✅ You received a different product than chosen
✅ You want to change the size after trying it on (while maintaining the original condition requirements)
❌ Cases where exchange or return is not accepted
❌ The product is used or washed
❌ More than 7 days have passed since receipt
❌ Tags or original packaging have been removed
❌ Products from special offers and discounts (this will be explicitly stated on the product page)

📸 Send us a photo of the product, along with your order number and reason for return
🚚 We will arrange for product pickup and send a replacement as soon as possible
💰 Refunds
For Cash on Delivery: The refund method will be agreed upon (store credit or bank transfer)
Processing time: 3 to 5 business days after receiving the returned product
